Are the games truly random? How do I know they are not fixed?

We use a hardware number generator which has been independently audited to confirm that the games are fair and true. This hardware random number generator generates numbers in real time from thermal quantum electron noise generated in a dedicated electronic component. This system is used by military encryption software and ensures numbers generated are truly random. We welcome any of our players to have our software independently audited for fairness by any reputable third party if they desire.

I've suffered a connection failure. What happens to my bet?

On rare occasions you may suffer a connection failure while playing a game. This could be due to your ISP having a slow connection or a slow network response from our site. It is important to state that despite being unable to see the game you've just played the bet may still have been processed because our server may have received your bet prior to the connection failure. Although you may not have witnessed that particular game, the game will in fact have been played and your account will have been either credited or debited accordingly. We cannot accept responsibility should such a situation occur and this bet cannot be reversed. To see the outcome of your bet should you suffer a connection failure, please check your balance in my account.

How do I deposit funds?

Once you have registered or logged in, click My Account. This is the secure area of our site which encrypts all your personal details. Simply choose to deposit funds via one of the many payment solutions we offer including Switch, Solo, Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Moneybookers, Neteller or UKash.

How much can I deposit?

The minimum amount you can deposit is £25.
The maximum amount you can deposit into your account at any one time is £500.

Are my details secure?

How can I view my account details?

In the My Account area of the website you can view your account statement which informs you of all deposits you have made, withdrawals, games played and winnings.

How do I collect my winnings?

The minimum payout (withdrawal) amount a player can request at any one time is £30.00. In order to be eligible to make a payout request (and thereafter to receive such payout) you must have deposited a minimum of £25 to your account over the course of your account lifetime.

Only one payout request may be made in any 48 hour period (which is determined based upon 48 hours from your first 'pending' payout request). Regardless of the 48 hour period or the individual amount of each payout request, all multiple payout requests will be declined and the funds returned to your account. If you have multiple payout requests we ask that you return the funds to your account and consolidate your request. If you do not, we will decline the payout request until such consolidation has occurred.

Payout requests are approved on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays for requests submitted by 23:59 GMT the previous day. You should note, however, as required in accordance with our gaming license, certain due diligence on positive customer identification is required therefore approval may be delayed during this process. Our due diligence review shall include the submission of identity documentation by you in order for us to verify your identity and account details.

Payouts requested on weekends and bank holidays will be approved and processed the following working day.

Once a payout request is approved it is processed by us the following working day and may take up to 10 (ten) working days to reach your account depending on your financial institution.

You can withdraw your winnings by using any of the following:

* Bank transfer or Cheque
For most methods we would require you to send in one form of identification for your first withdrawal. We will then keep this on file so you do not have to send anything in for subsequent withdrawals unless circumstances change.

Are the games easy to play?

How old do I have to be to play?

You cannot play under any circumstances if you are not at least 18 years of age. Participation at BetPlayandWin is open only to the residents of those jurisdictions where such participation is legal. Any participation other than that permitted is void.

Can I keep my winnings with BetPlayAndWin?

Yes you can. You can keep any amount of winnings in your account. Your funds will be held in a client account which you can request withdrawal on or use to play games any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Do I have to Pay Tax On My Winnings?

BetPlayandWin is under no authority or obligation to report any amount that any player should win and as such believes that tax does NOT have to be paid on winnings. However, we recommend that you consult with either an accountant or your local tax office to confirm the tax position on your win.

I have forgotten my password, what can I do?

I have an issue with the results of a particular game.
