Objective
The hand closest to 21 wins in this classic contest. Hit or Stand to beat the dealer, but make sure you don't go over, or you're busted! Win big money doubling down or splitting hands, and remember to play the progressive jackpot for a chance at some serious dough!
How to Play
- Choose the table you wish to play at. Each table has different minimum and maximum bets, so pick the one that fits your bankroll.
- Click on your chips to place a bet, when you're satisfied with your bet, click DEAL. To remove a bet from the table, hold shift or ctrl and click on your wager. The currently selected chip amount will be subtracted from the wager. You have the option to remove all of your bets with the CLEAR BET button
- If the progressive jackpot is active, you have the option to click PROGRESSIVE for a chance to win the progressive jackpot. This wager costs $1.00 in general. To remove your PROGRESSIVE wager, left-click on the progressive chip
- You will be dealt 2 cards to start. If you want to receive another card to bring you closer to 21, click HIT. You can continue to HIT cards until you are pleased with your total. If you are satisfied with your hand, click STAND. Remember, if you go over 21, you have busted and you lose automatically. When you are finished playing your hand, the dealer will play out his. The dealer must HIT on 16 or less and must STAND on 17 or greater. The dealer will play his hand the same regardless of the players' hand. If the dealer goes over 21, or if he cannot beat your hand, you win! If the dealer's cards match yours, you PUSH. A PUSH will return your bet.
- A winning hand pays 1:1, except for BLACKJACK, which pays 3:2.
- When the round is over, click NEW GAME to start another round. You can click SAME BET to begin again with the same bet, or click your chips to change the wager.
Splitting Hands
When dealt a pair, you may exercise the option to split the pair by clicking the SPLIT button at the appropriate time. Please note that splitting requires another wager equal to that on the initial hand. You may split once to a maximum of two hands, but please note that when splitting Aces each new hand will receive only one more card. Also, natural 21's occurring on these split hands are not considered Blackjack. When wagering on split hands, the currently active hand will be shown at full brightness, while inactive hands are faded out.
Doubling Down
If you feel really strongly about your hand and want to get some more scratch out of the dealer, try to Double Down. When you do this, you will double your bet, but only receive one more card. Take advantage of this wager by clicking the DOUBLE button at the appropriate time.
Blackjack Insurance
If the dealer is showing an Ace as his face up card, then you'll be asked if you wish to buy Insurance. If you believe the down card will give the Dealer Blackjack, accept the wager by clicking YES when asked if you'd like it. Insurance will cost you half of your original bet, and will pay at 2:1 if the dealer has Blackjack.
Craps
Overview
Place your bets in a variety of ways and roll the dice in this exciting table game. There's a wager for everyone here. Play conservative and take the pass line odds bet, look for boxcars in the hardways or shoot the moon on the field!
How to Play
- Choose the craps table with the limits in line with your budget.
- Click the chip value you would like to wager. Clicking down on the table places a wager on the bet you select. You may place any number of bets provided you respect the table maximums. These can be field limits or overall table limits. To remove wagers, hold the Ctrl or Shift Key while clicking on your wager. The currently selected chip value will be removed from that wager. Alternatively, click CLEAR BET to remove all bets from the table. Specific points on the felt represent each bet - details can be viewed by mousing over the various areas, or in the rules document.
- When you've finished making bets, click ROLL to throw the dice.
- When the round is over, you can click SAME BET to begin again with the previous bet, or click your chips to change the wager.
House Rules
- Place and Buy bets are not active on the come-out roll
- Once the point has been established you may increase your bet up to double or triple the amount in odds, depending on the casino's settings.
Watch as you mouse-over the betting areas for suggestions on wagers, and payout information in the game interface. Some wagers should be made with certain values to avoid rounding down of your winnings, and some can split the bet and the winnings amongst multiple numbers i.e.; Horn bet places one bet which is then divided into four numbers.
The Play
- The dice are thrown and the two numbers, added together, that face skyward when the dice come to rest are the deciding numbers.
- The shooter's first roll and each roll after a decision (see 3 below) has been effected is a come-out roll.
- If, on the come-out, the shooter throws a natural (7 or 11), it is a decision called a pass; a crap (2, 3 or 12) is a decision called a miss-out. If he throws a 4,5,6,8,9 or 10, that number becomes the shooter's point and he continues throwing until either:
- He throws his point again, which is a pass, or
- He throws a SEVEN, which is a miss-out (or seven-out).
- When the shooter misses out on or makes the point, the round is over and the shooter throws the come-out again.
PLEASE NOTE: unlike most real world tables, Parlay Entertainment Virtual Craps offers payouts in both whole pound and rounded pence amounts, so although suggestions may be made for your bet amount, games do offer proper payouts rounded to the nearest pence
Learning Craps
The Come Out Roll and the Point
If you are new to craps, it can be overwhelming at first, but the basic flow of the game is easy. Understanding this flow is the key to knowing when and where to bet on the craps table.
In a new round, the first roll of the dice is called the "come out roll." On this roll the shooter is trying to establish the "point." If the dice shows 4, 5, 6, 8, 9 or 10 on the come out roll that number becomes the point. If the come out roll is 7 or 11, or 2, 3, 12 (craps) the round is over and a new round begins. The large puck labelled "ON" indicates that the point has been established and is placed over the appropriate number.
Once the point has been established, the game allows further opportunities to place bets between rolls. The round is not considered over until either the point or 7 is rolled after the come out roll. Only a roll of 7 or the point can end the round.
Pass Line Bets and Free Odds Bets
The Pass Line bet is the basic opening bet at the table and can only be laid before the come out roll. Pass Line bets pay when the come out roll is 7 or 11 and lose when the come out roll shows "craps" (2, 3, 12). If a point is established on the come out roll play continues and the pass line bet wins when the point is rolled and loses when 7 is rolled. Unresolved Pass Line bets cannot be removed from the table; they must remain until the round is ended.
The Odds bet is simply the best paying bet in Craps - it pays according to the true odds of winning the bet (see below for details). After a point has been established in a round, you may wager up to triple your Pass Line bet with an Odds bet. This bet is placed behind (below) your Pass Line bet on the table. The Odds bet wins when the point is rolled and loses when a 7 is rolled. You cannot make an Odds bet without having made a Pass Line bet.
THE BETS
The many bets in Craps have different durations, odds and stipulations; familiarize yourself with all of them to truly enjoy this exciting table game. Odds for each bet can be seen on the table or when hovered over with the mouse pointer. Many bets either require wagers of certain values, or should be made at certain values to get the best payouts and avoid payouts being rounded to the nearest pound - these suggestions will also be made within the game interface.
Pass Line Bet
- Pays 1:1
- This bet can only be made before the come out roll.
- On come out, the Pass line wins on 7 or 11, loses on 2, 3 or 12 (craps)
- On subsequent rolls, Pass line wagers win when the point is rolled, and lose if a 7 is rolled before the point.
- Odds bets, which will pay out at true odds, can be placed for the Pass Line
- Unresolved Pass Line bets must stay on the table until resolved.
Don't Pass Bet
- Pays 1:1
- This bet can only be made before the come out roll.
- Wins on 2 or 3, Loses on 7 or 11, Push on 12
Betting on the Don't Pass Bar is the inverse of betting on the Pass Line. This bet pays if craps is rolled on the come out roll and loses on a 7 or 11. After the point has been made, this bet wins on a 7. You can place odds bets on the Don't Pass Line just as you can with the Pass Line. Also like the Pass Line, don't pass bets remain on the table until they are resolved.
Come Bet
- Pays 1:1
- This bet can be made anytime after the come out roll.
- Wins on 7 or 11, Loses on 2, 3 or 12
If the roll is a 4, 5, 6, 8, 9 or 10 the Come Point is established. The Come Point Pays if it is rolled again before a 7 is rolled. If a seven is rolled the bet loses. The Come bet works just like the Pass Line bet but it can only be placed after the point is made. The bet is placed on the "COME" bar of the table. The following roll is the Come Out roll for the Come bet, paying on 7 or 11 and losing on 2, 3 or 12. If the Come Point is determined the dealer moves the Come bet from the "COME" bar to the bar corresponding to the Come Point (4, 5, 6, 8, 9 or 10). If the Come Point is rolled again before a 7 is rolled, even money is paid on the Come bet. Unresolved Come bets may not be removed; they must remain until a roll of 7 or the Come Point.
Odds bets can be placed on Come bets in the same fashion as Pass Line bets.
Don't Come Bets
- Pays 1:1
- This bet can be placed anytime after the come out roll.
- Wins on 2 or 3, Loses on 7 or 11, Push on 12
This bet works the same as a Don't Pass bet save that it can only be made after the point has been established. The bet is placed on the "Don't Come Bar" on the table. When a "come point" has been established the dealer moves this bet from the "Don't Come Bar" to the box representing the point. The bet now pays even money when a 7 is rolled. Don't Come bets stay in place until 7 or the point is rolled. You can lay odds bets on all Don't Come Bets.
Pass/Come Odds Bet
- This bet can be placed on both the Pass and Come bets after the point has been established (4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10)
- Wins or loses with the associated Pass or Come bet
- Pays 2:1 on 4 or 10
- Pays 3:2 on 5 or 9
- Pays 6:5 on 6 or 8
These Odds bets serve to supplement the payoff of the previous bet if it wins. Pass/Come Odds bets may value up to triple the amount of the original bet. Unlike the original Pass/Come bet, Odds bets may be removed or reduced at any time.
Don't Pass/Don't Come Odds Bets
- This bet can be placed on a Don't Pass/Don't Come bet when a point has been established (4, 5, 6, 8, 9 or 10).
- Wins or Loses with the associated Don't Pass or Don't Come bet
- Pays 1:2 on 4 or 10
- Pays 2:3 on 5 or 9
- Pays 5:6 on 6 or 8
A Don't Pass Odds bet serves to supplement the payout of the associated main bet. Unresolved Don't Pass/Don't Come Odds bets can be removed or reduced at any time. These bets may not be placed so that the payout exceeds triple the amount of the original Don't Pass/Don't Come bet.
Place Bets
- Win when selected number (4, 5, 6, 8, 9 or 10) is rolled before a 7 is rolled
- Pays 9:5 on 4 and 10
- Pays 7:5 on 5 and 9
- Pays 7:6 on 6 and 8
A Place Bet wagers that a number will be rolled before a 7. The bet is placed under the corresponding number in the narrow bar below the 4, 5, 6, 8, 9 or 10 box. Place bets are suspended on the come out roll as indicated by the puck, which is turned to "OFF" at this time. Place bets may be removed at any time.
Buy Bets
- Win when a bought number (4, 5, 6, 8, 9 or 10) is rolled before a 7 is rolled.
- Pays 2:1 on 4 and 10
- Pays 3:2 on 5 and 9
- Pays 6:5 on 6 and 8
Buy bets are placed to the bottom right of the number on the felt. A 5% commission is charged when winning a Buy bet. Buy bets are also inactive on the come out roll and may be removed at any time.
Lay Bets
- Wins when a 7 is rolled before the associated number - 4, 5, 6, 8, 9 or 10.
- Pays 1:2 on 4 and 10
- Pays 2:3 on 5 and 9
- Pays 5:6 on 6 and 8
Lay bets are the opposite of Buy bets. They are placed above the corresponding number in the narrow unlabelled box. A 5% commission based on the projected payout is charged when the bet is won These bets are active during the Come Out roll, but may be removed at any time.
Hardway Bets
- Can be placed any time, and Hardway bets are active on a Come Out roll
- Wins on double 2s, 3s, 4s or 5s rolled before a 7 or "easy" 4, 6, 8 or 10.
- Pays 7:1 on 4 and 10
- Pays 9:1 on 6 and 8
Hardway Bets gamble that the roll will turn out 4, 6, 8 or 10 as doubles (2+2, 3+3, 4+4 or 5+5) before a 7 or the "easy" way. The bet is placed on the box containing the picture of the corresponding dice combination. Rolling a number by doubles is rolling a number the "hard way." Unresolved Hardway bets may be removed
ONE ROLL PROPOSITION BETS
These wagers are made on the next single roll of the dice only, and are resolved immediately after the roll.
Field Bets
- Can be placed any time
- Wins on 2, 3, 4, 9, 10, 11 or 12, Loses on 5, 6, 7 or 8
- Pays 2:1 on 2 or 12
- Pays 1:1 on 3, 4, 9, 10 or 11
Any 7 Bets
- Pays 4:1
- Can be placed at any time
- Wins on 7
Craps or Eleven Bets (C/E)
- Can be placed at any time. Bet is split two ways between Any Craps and Eleven
- Pays 3:1 on Craps
- Pays 7:1 on 11
Any Craps Bets
- Pays 7:1
- Can be placed at any time
- Wins on 2, 3 or 12
Horn Bets
- Can be placed at any time, either "on the horn" to cover all four, or as an individual bet
- Wins on 2, 3, 11 or 12
- Pays 15:1 for 3 or 11
- Pays 30:1 for 2 or 12
The Horn bet is a four way bet wagering that the next roll is a 2, 3, 11 or 12. It must be placed in the box labelled "HORN" on the felt. A Horn bet places a quarter of the total bet on each crap number and the 11. Bets may also be placed individually on the 2, 3, 11, or 12.
Big 6 / Big 8
- Pays 1:1
- Wins if the associated number (6 or 8, depending on the wager made) is rolled before a 7. This wager can be made at any time, and unresolved Big 6 or Big 8 bets can be removed from the table.

Winning in Roulette
After the wheel is spun and comes to rest, 3 things happen to indicate the win. First the table marker moves to the winning number on the table. Second, a close-up of the wheel fades in. And third, the History screen updates. The History screen lists the number that won. Red numbers are listed on the left in red and black numbers are listed on the right in yellow. 0 and 00 are listed in green down the center of the screen.
Roulette Rules
The player begins making bets by placing chips on the spaces of the layout in any manner permitted by the rules.
The dealer starts the wheel spinning in a counter clockwise direction, and then flips the ball on to the bowl's back track so that it travels clockwise. When the ball falls and comes to rest between any two metal partitions of the wheel, it marks the winning number, including a zero or double zero, and the winning colour. The dealer immediately announces the winning number and its colour. A marker is placed on the winning number. All losing bets are collected, not disturbing the chips resting on winning spaces. The winning bets are paid with the correct amount of chips due each winning bet. The signs 0 and 00 win for the bank all bets except those placed on 0 and 00 and combinations that include 0 or 00.

- When you have placed your bet, push SPIN to spin the reels and hit your payout. If you have chosen to BET MAX, then the reels will spin automatically.
Payouts
Clicking the SEE PAYS button presents the paytable for the game at hand. This display indicates the payout amounts for each winning symbol combination and also explains any unique symbols or rules for the game. Each game has different paying combinations so be sure to try them all to find your favourite! All line pay amounts indicated on the paytable are multiplied by the number of credits bet on each line.
Wild Symbols
Some games have special symbols that count as wild. When a wild symbol is present on an active payline, it will substitute for any other symbol (except scatter or bonus symbols) to form a winning combination.
Scatter Symbols
Some games have special symbols that win no matter where they are located on the reels. These symbols are called Scatter symbols. These symbols pay out based on the number of symbols showing on the reels.
Progressive Jackpots
If your game has a progressive jackpot, then a portion of every MAX BET wagered will go into the jackpot. If you hit your machines jackpot on a MAX BET, then you win big, with 100% of the progressive jackpot!
Video Poker
Objective
Draw to make the best 5-card poker hand according to the payout table.
How to Play
- Choose the machine with coin values that fit your budget.
- Click on the BET ONE button to place a single bet, increasing in value each time you click. You may wager up to 5 times the coin value. You may also click the BET MAX button to wager 5 coins automatically. Most machines pay a bonus for the highest hand if you use the max bet, so it's your best wager! To change your bet and/or remove it before dealing your cards, click COLLECT and your coins will be returned. If there is a progressive jackpot on your machine, entering a max bet will also pay off the full jackpot if you achieve the highest hand on the machine.
- Click DEAL/DRAW to receive your 5-card hand (If you selected BET MAX the game will deal automatically). This is a game of Draw poker, so you will be given one opportunity to receive new cards. You may take up to 5 new cards, but do not have to take any. Only hands shown on the paytable will win the corresponding prizes
- Select which cards you wish to hold by clicking on them or the HOLD/CANCEL button below them. If you change your mind about the cards you'd like, simply click again to deselect. Next, click DEAL/DRAW to be dealt your new cards. If you get a winning hand, you'll be paid according to its value.
- Some games have a bonus feature included - If you win, you'll have the opportunity to double your winnings by clicking the DOUBLE UP button. If you do, you'll be dealt one card face up, and four cards face down. Click the card you'd like to flip over - if it's higher than the dealer card, you win! Alternatively, you may click COLLECT at any time to bank your winnings.
- To start another game, click either the BET ONE OR BET MAX buttons to make a new wager, and click DEAL to receive a new hand.

Equipment and House Settings
This single player draw poker variation is played with a virtual deck of 52 cards. Some games (i.e. Joker Poker, Deuces Wild, Deuces and Jokers) feature wild cards, where others (i.e. Jacks or Better, All American) do not. The stakes of the game are configurable, with the house selecting the value of the chips to be wagered.
Betting
Launch a game by selecting a chip denomination from the Video Poker launch page. Begin play by placing your bet using the buttons at the base of the machine. You may wager up to 5 coins, each of which is valued at the stake you selected.
The Play
The dealer will then give you 5 cards face up. At that point you have the option to keep your cards or draw up to 5 more cards. All cards that you wish to replace must be relinquished before the draw cards are dealt. The video poker game will keep all cards indicated by the "HELD" image, and discard all others. Fresh cards will be dealt to replace all discards.
The Settlement
Once your hand has been finalised, you will be paid out according to the following paytable if you obtain a winning hand. Otherwise, the machine will collect your bet. You will then have the option to deal a hand with the maximum wager by clicking the MAX BET button, or clicking on the BET ONE button to select another wager amount.
Keno
Objective
Mark your numbers and place your bet. Watch the numbers as they are drawn and if enough numbers "hit" and match your selections, see your luck pay off!
How to Play
- Once the game has loaded, its time to pick those numbers! You can select between two and ten 'spots' by clicking the desired numbers on the board. As each number is marked, you will see your selection highlighted. A quick way to chose numbers is by using the Quick Pick buttons. Selecting one of these buttons randomly marks numbers on the board. If you do not like the numbers chosen, click the button again and a new set of random numbers will be highlighted. To clear the number board and start over, a CLEAR button is located beneath the board. Click this button once to clear the highlighted numbers. To clear individual numbers, simply click the spot you wish to deselect.
- As successive numbers are marked, view the PAYOUT section to the left of the game board to see the payout amounts change. This informs you as to the number of 'Hits' you must receive in a round to win the corresponding payout.
- Once you've chosen your numbers, you can choose the credit value you wish to play with by clicking on the arrows located to either side of the credit value indicator (located just below the number board). The right arrow will increase your credit value and the left will decrease it.
- At the bottom of the machine there are three buttons you can use to bet. Select the PLAY ONE button to place your bet for one game. Select the PLAY THREE button or PLAY FIVE button to place your bet for the respective number of consecutive games using the same numbers. Choosing any of these buttons will start the ball blower and twenty numbers will be drawn at random.
Game Speed Indicator
Unlike in a live Keno game, you have the ability to control the game speed of Video Keno! On the right hand side of the game board you will see a section titled GAME SPEED. Using the slider bar, you may set your preferred game speed before or during game play. Altering game speed during a game will not alter the outcome. Be aware that at the highest game speed settings the ball animation movement is turned off to maximize speed.
Payouts
All payouts are listed on the Payout chart located to the left of the number board. Payouts change based on marking between two and ten numbers. A 'Hit' is determined by the randomly selected numbered ball landing on a spot that you have selected. The more 'Hits' that result, the higher up the Payout chart you'll reach. A 'Hit' will be displayed on the board as a flashing yellow ball.
Results
All results are listed on the bottom right hand side of the screen in the RESULTS section. This will display the number of 'Hits' for each 'Round' of play. Rounds that have qualified for a payout will be highlighted.
